Our experienced instructors identify and teach the most efficient way for each athlete to accelerate, create explosive power, change direction, balance, and enhance footwork, along with sport specific drills.  No area of athletic performance will be overlooked. 

What seperates Speed of AZ from other coaches or companies is; we believe in first teaching proper form and mechanics before we condition our athletes.   Drew Bohannan, former Div. II All American WR,  has worked with some of the top performance coaches in the country to develop Speed of AZ's training methods.  He has trained over 1000 athletes to date.  He believes with proper techniques and hard work all goals are obtainable.
